Worship.

The heavens and the earth declare God's Glory. One of my favorite things to do, is sit by the water. When I was in college there was a lake behind the dorm, I loved to go there to, sit and pray. Those times in silence were the best. It's just something about when you are alone outside and you have that time to stop and slow down.

I believe its so important to take the time to slow down. To stop and smell the roses. To really look at your surrounds, your growth, and your goals and see how close you are to achieving what you have been working towards. It's always good to evaluate where we are and where we've been. Not to get stuck in the past but to give God Glory for where he has brought us from.

Praise is so important it's an expression of thankfulness. But worshiping God goes deeper. Worship is intimacy with all that God is. Its not about thanking God, but its about celebrating who God is. It's adoration, and love for the one and only true God, Father, Son and Holy Spirit. With everything in me I worship Him, and give Him all the Glory!
