Mirror, Mirror on the Wall?

There was a time in my life when I hated to look in the mirror. I did not like what I saw looking back at me. That's right, I did not like myself so I avoided every mirror I could. I put more value in what others thought of me and how other's percieved me and what society said was beautiful. I believe at one point in every one's life, we have an identity crisis. Not just once but it can happen several times as you grow and mature. There's one thing that I have learned, you have to be comfortable in your own skin. You have to see the unique person that you are, and value what make's you, you. The word of God says that we are fearly and wonderfully made. Each of us are a work of art, we have been molded and shaped by the hands of God. We are a masterpiece and there is no other like us.
When we open our eyes and see that we are loved and we are special it puts a new value in the life we live. To see yourself not where you are, not where you've
been, and not how other people see you, but to see yourself through the eyes of God. You are accepted and loved by the Creator and nothing or no one can take that. There is nothing that can separate us from the love of God. Smile your beautiful and Jesus loves you!
