Sitting with the Master!

We as women can wear so many hats, mother, daughter, aunt, cousin, niece, wife, counselor, caretaker, provider, organizer, and jack of all trades. It's amazing all that we are to the people we love and care for. Its so easy to caught up in routines and day to day life that we lose ourselves.

The word of God says that, he leads us besides the still waters and he restores our souls. Every once in a while we have to stop what we are doing a take a inventory of our lives. I am reminded of Martha and Mary, Jesus visited their house often. Well Martha was busy with entertaining and serving, and she tells Jesus tell Mary to help me. Well Mary was sitting at Jesus feet. He compassinately tells Martha you are trouble with many things but Mary has rightly choosen and I will not take that from her.

So ladies I encourage you, to take a sit at the feet of Jesus. His words are spirit and truth, they are light and they set us free. We do not have to be worried, and busy, and stressing. When life seems hard, and the road rough, and it feels as if we do everything and get no where. Take a seat at the feet of Jesus. Casts your cares on him for he cares for you. Remember Jesus is waiting for you with open arms!
