We walk by faith and not by sight. It is not important the things that we see with our natural eye, but moreso the things that we see with our spiritual eye. Our reality is not in fact but in faith. Our faith needs to be a state of mind. The word of God tells us,
Proverbs 23:7 "For as he thinks in his heart so is he..."
How you see yourself is who you will become. So it is so important that our thoughts line up with the word of God. It is so important that our self-talk is the perception of God. That we see ourselves the way God sees us. After all, He is our Creator and the purpose for our lives is found in Him.
