Throughout your life many different people can have a perception of who they think you are. Teacher, leaders, Employers, Friends and Family can view you a certain way. Their perception can be negative or positive, but what is most important is how God sees you. Who He has created you to be, why you were put on the earth? When it comes down to it many may think they are a creature of their surrounding. A product of there upbringing, No doubt these things play a great role in your perception of yourself, values, morals, and character. However the word of God tells us that we are made in the very image of God. So beyond our childhood, beyond our parents, we were created with a purpose. Your surrounding did not make you, but those things in your past can fuel your future. We are not subject to past or even the present moment, everything we are or will ever be is wrapped up in God the Creator.
My point is do not limit yourself, do not live by what people think of you, do not build your exsistance on the shadow of perceptions and labels of society. But set your feet on a firm foundation of Jesus Christ, on the Rock of Ages. Stand in the image of your Father God, and allow Him to mold and shape into your greatest potential through His Son Jesus. Come to know the Holy Spirit is a Comforter, Guide and Teacher! Expand your mind, open your heart and realize there is so much more to you than meets the eye. God is love and he has so much love for you. Get to know all of Him God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit: and you will not regret it!
