Teaching Relationship Four

Prayer: Lord we call out to you entering into another day, a day where we can rest in you and fellowship with your people. We cry out to you saying, Lord, Lord, because at the end of the week our bodies have went through some changes. Are minds have been pushed, and are emotions are drained and we come in your house. To see you face to face to experience you to get refilled to pour ourselves out once again. To our jobs, to our children, to our husbands, to our wives, to our careers, to our business, to our ministry. So we cry Abba Father, Daddy Daddy, come to you and pick us up. Do what only you can do. If the truth is told I'm glad to see the saints of God but I came here for you only! Let us have a God experience in this house, Let your Glory fall in this house, Let your fire fall in this house do what needs to be done, so that we can get up, and start again, in Jesus name Amen!

Scripture: Ruth 2:12 “ The Lord recompense thy work, and a full reward be given thee of the Lord God of Israel, under whose wings thou art come to trust”.

We are still in chapter 2 of Ruth and we see that Boaz has spoken this blessings over Ruth. The Lord Repay you for your work, and give you a full reward because you have come to trust under his wings. Let's take this slow today, and I am focused on “The Lord repay you”!

Boaz was speaking of the character of Ruth what she had done for her husband who had passed away, but also what she had done for Naomi. And he says to her the Lord repay, Wow! What if the Lord really repaid us for all we did or did not do? This is such a great example of grace, being saved by his grace because it really has nothing to do with us. But everything to do with his finished work on the cross and his love for us.

Many times after we have been saved for a while the devil tries to trick us with old mindsets, and begins to make us believe that if we are good we are blessed and if we are bad we are not blessed. If we are not careful, we can become wrapped up in the law, when we have been saved by grace. Grace does not stop at salvation, what kind of God would we serve if it did? His work on the cross forgave you of sins past, present, and future! Also grace does not give us a license to sin or do whatever we want when we become saved. Rather it is a constant reflection of his love, and mercy toward us.

Boaz goes on to say a full reward be given thee of the Lord, if I was to get any kind of reward I would not want it from man, but rather I would want if from the Lord. You see when God blesses us, it is so much beyond us. When he gives to us He gives from a pure heart liberally. And he gives in such a way we able to bless others. When God finally brings that man or woman in your life that is from him. The first thing that should stand out, is they remind you of God’s love. They love you in a way that is beyond you, it's simply called unconditional love.

I really believe in soul mates, not by the world’s standards but by God’s. If he made Eve for Adam, He can make me for my soul mate. A Soul mate meaning a soul that is mated and joined together for life and eternity. Notice I said a soul, because the two are really one. Eve was taken out of Adam, Adam said I call you woman, because you are bone of my bone and flesh of my flesh. I believe at the point God created us he created our soul mates as well. And when we are birthed in this earth if we are called to marriage, it is our job to recognize and wait on that man or woman of God. And even when they come it's still all about God’s timing.

If you really want to know what your soul mate looks like, look at Boaz and look at Jesus. I say Boaz because God gives us the whole process of the courtship, engagement, and marriage in the book of Ruth. Boaz is also a type of Christ in the Bible, the story of Boaz and Ruth reflects that of Christ and the Church. And when we marry we are to be a living letter of that reflection as well. I say look at Jesus because he is literally the perfect man, lol! He was 100% God and 100% human, He is the truest example of Love we have outside of God, but he is God as well. Now we can not expect our husbands to be Jesus, they are to love us as Christ loved the church. And as wives we must be submissive, that does not mean my husband's controls me. He means I respect him and honor him to listen and obey what he has to say, we are not two individual we are one team. For your very soul is joined with your husband, and with you wife!

When I was a young child I loved barns and the country, where I live there is a lot of farmland. However I was not raised as a farmer, but I just loved animals. Even today I love to learn about animals. Birds do this really cool things, it's called imprinting. Imprinting is when they hatch from the egg the first animal they see becomes mother, and they are literally glued to that animal. Now the first animal they see is usually their mother, another hen. Hens are very dedicated, very caring it's amazing to see birds take care of their hatchlings. We need to have that “imprinting” trust of God. That no matter what I know I am being taken care of and I know that I can trust him so much so I am glued and focused on only him!

Closing Prayer: Father we come to you now, asking for you to help us to truly trust you in all areas of our lives. That we would rely and depend on you, so much so, that we would not take our eyes off of you for one second. Let us become childlike again concerning our attitudes toward you Lord, that we would just melt in your presence, that we would be attentive only to your voice, that we would wait just to spend time with you and our focus and attention is only on your love. Father help us to sync our minds with the mind of Jesus, with your mind so you can uproot those patterns that are negative and the mindset that were placed in us by the enemy in the name of Jesus. Have your way and we submit all to you in Jesus name Amen!
