Touch everyone apart of this group as we come together and learn of you Oh God. In all our getting let us get and understanding, allow your word to take root in our hearts and bring forth change in the name of Jesus. Let your word take root in our hearts and bring forth fruit in the name of Jesus. Lord show us your face, let us see you Jesus face to face in the name of Jesus. Draw us closer to you, protect and cover everyone on this group in the blood of Jesus. Send you angels to war for us in the spirit, send your angels to minister to us, send your angels to assist us as we do your will, in the name of Jesus according to your word in Psalm 91:11. Now Lord speak through me, uplift, encourage, correct, and bless your people in the name of Jesus I pray Amen!

Scripture: Psalm 105:4-”Seek the Lord, and his strength: seek his face evermore”.

Title: Expect to see Jesus.

This is the day the Lord has made, I will rejoice and be glad in it. I am so happy to come before you on today. Great is the Lord and greatly to be praised. We have come together today, to give the Lord honor, to learn about him and to worship him. The word of God tells us not to forsake the assembly of the saints, it does not say we have to assemble in a church to give praise to God. We can come together anywhere and give God the praise and worship God, we are not limited to just worshiping God in the church. We can worship and reference God, everywhere we go. Even by forming a group on the internet, to give honor and praise to his name.

Psalm is really a book of poetry to God, written by many authors. However David did contribute to the writing of the book of Psalm. The book of Psalm were also songs song during worship and praising God. It is so important to give God honor and thanks for all that he has done, all that he is doing. To clap our hands, stomp our feet, shot, dance, wave our hands: giving our expression of praise not only honors God but it is also a form of spiritual warfare.

As we look at the text it encourages us to seek the Lord, seeking the Lord is done through prayer and worship. Inviting his presence into where we are and just worshiping him and praying, talking to him. But not speaking about our problems or our concerns but speaking to him about your relationship with him, his goodness, his love, and your love for him!

When we pray we can not come before the Lord puffed up, with pride and arrogance, but with a humble attitude and an open heart (Luke 18:9-14). We must realize that in God we are strengthened, when we are able to confess our struggles and weakness to him. He is able to give us the strength we need to overcome. For the word of God also says, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me” (Philippians 4:13).

So now we have found out how to seek the Lord, how to come before him, and to confess our weakness that we might gain his strength. What is our expectation in seeking God, here we see in scripture our expectation in seeking him: is seeing his face. Not just in a figurative sense, as in, being close enough to him to see face in the form of intimacy, but also in a literal since. Salvation is a free gift, and we are saved by his grace. Salvation not only offers us atonement from the penalty of sin. But it offers us a relationship with the Father through his son Christ Jesus.

I beseech you therefore brethren to come before the Lord in worship by seek him in humility; confess your sins and weakness and struggles and gain his strength, and have an expectation to see him face to face.

John 14:6- “Jesus answered, I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me”.
