As Mom's we can wear so many hats. There are many demands on us and so many people depending on us. It is so easy to get burned out, or overwhelmed. But I have learned to rest in him. To rest in Jesus, to cast my cares on him for he cares for me. There is no power greater than God.
Even though we may be expected to be super woman, we must understand our limits. The places were we are weak, the areas where we need help, and look to Jesus to fill in those gaps. When you give and give and give, it can be very draining and you can get emotionally spent. But what if we allow Jesus to fill our cup. When we are tired and worn, and feeling weary Jesus can give us the stregthen and endurance to go on. We can cry out to him, We can pray to him, and We can worship him. We are never alone! The word of God says God will never leave us or forsake us. When things get tough, call on the name of the Lord! Call on Jesus, let him come to your rescue, and you will not be disappointed.
